Have any of you tried adipex diet pills? If you do I really appreciate some feedback. I had a chat with my cousin sister last week and she was telling me about Adipex diet pills which is prescription-only. As far as I know, Adipex is a prescription-based weight loss supplement only for obese or seriously overweight people. It is quite effective at reducing weight by suppressing appetite and increasing energy consumption in the body.

Every year, it seems Christmas gets duller for us. Christmas eve for us involved staying at home looking after the kids. While people are doing the countdown to Christmas, I was counting down the number of ounces of milk baby Edward is drinking
The upside is, despite Christmas feels more boring as the years pass by, we feel more and more blessed each year when we think about our children growing up healthy and well. Especially this year, conceiving baby Edward took us by surprise in March and here he is, nearing 3 months old. Quite a few things happened in 2009 and we’re happy the good ones far outnumber the unpleasant ones.
Anyway, there are many more Christmases and New Years waiting for us, god willing. It is nice to imagine when baby Edward is three and Clarisse is five, we’d all be celebrating Christmas Eve with the rest of our family somewhere fun.
Merry Christmas and may you all have a happy new year.

I didn’t know lawyers can make specialising in motorcycle cases into a niche market. Michael Padway is lawyer who pitches himself as a motorcycle accident attorney. He claims to being a biker himself, he knows the prejudice of jury against motorcyclists. Insurance companies too discriminate bikers. Michael Padway & Associates, based in San Francisco, represent bike accident victims in legal hassles and also present their cases in such a way that insurance companies will not be able to twist their way out.

I spent the whole morning helping my sis-in-law promote her new blog site. My job was to help check and change articles titles to hold better keyword and phrases. Also I’m to help add her site to various free directory and articles sites. My husband inspected everything that has to do with search engine optimisation. He went under the hood to change headers and overhaul the commenting functions. And also some other stuff which I can’t wrap my head around. She will be implementing an online shop to her site soon. We’ll be helping her as much as we can. A reasonably well implemented online shop costs up to five figures to setup. Don’t want her spending that amount of money if we can do it ourselves.

My friend Maggie is suffering from a recurring bout of acne again. It seems like whenever her workload piles up which in turn make her life increasingly stressful, her skin is the first sign to show. The holiday season is around the corner and I bet she is rushing to finish all her backlogged work even if it means working until midnights. I think I know what to get her for Christmas present – acne treatments. Don’t worry, she won’t take it the wrong way

The hot season has arrived and I think it’ll last until after Chinese New Year. As I sit here blogging under the fan at full speed, my body is still on the verge of breaking a sweat. The air from the fan feels warm.
Air-conditioners in both Clarisse and my room is working 24 hours seven days. The only time it is switched off is when we go down for our meals and when I’m doing house chores. Our house faces the setting sun diagonally, not directly, but even so it is enough for someone who sleeps in the front rooms to die of heat stroke without an air-conditioner. I am considering buying thicker curtains to block more heat from entering the rooms and living room.
The electric bill is gonna be a shocker this month. We are already paying around RM200 every month. I hope it won’t cost us more than RM300 for the next few months. I really miss the rainy season.

Great news. We’ve found a buyer for our home theater stuff in less than a day! My husband’s friend who is in the hifi A/V business offered to help us find buyers. Never could I imagine he found one in less than a day. The buyer is in KL but he’s heading there this weekend so he could help us deliver the stuff to the buyer.
I am happy to have the home theater equipment taken off our hands. For the next year or two, I wonder where we can find the time to sit down for a two-hour movie. They say parenting is tough. They are so right.
Next week, I’m hoping my mom could come over more regularly to help me out. My husband has an assignment on data center virtualization next week and he’ll be away for days. I shudder to think how hectic and busy I’ll be without him helping me around the house.

My husband has decided to sell off his home theater equipment. Ever since we moved, our life has become much busier. It felt like the entire day is consumed with household chores and childcare responsibilities. It’s been five months since we moved here and his home theather equipment is still in the store room unpacked. So I suggested he might as well sell it instead of letting it gather dust. Or worst still, you know how electronic equipment are when left unused for too long. They run into all sorts of problems.

My aunt Jenny just came back from a family vacation to Florida. Every year their family of five go on a vacation and this time their kids had a wonderful time at Disney world. I bet everyone who go on florida vacations wouldn’t miss the opportunity to visit Disney world. I am green with envy as I hope to bring my kids to Disney land sometime in the near future. But that is years away until baby Edward is at least 3-4 years old.

Edward is not feeling well and is having a fever, his first. He’s two months now and I took him to his paediatrician yesterday to have two vaccination jabs. We also had him took a dose of Rotarix, to prevent diarrhea caused by the common Rota virus. One of the jabs is pneumococcal meningitis.
I guess the amount of vaccination yesterday is a tad too much for his tiny body to bear. By late evening, baby Edward has a temperature of around 38 celcius and we gave him a 1.5ml dose of ibuprofen. At 4.30am in the wee hours of the morning, his temperature started to climb again as the medicine wear off. After breast feeding him, he took another 1.5ml dose of ibuprofen.
Clarisse too follow us to the paediatrician yesterday for her second dose of Hepatitis A vaccination jab. She doesn’t have fever yesterday and we hope she doesn’t get feverish today onwards.
The clinic bill came up to RM670 for three vaccination jabs and a dose of Rotarix. Ouch!
