I hope this will be the start of Najib’s headaches. Altantuya’s hand is reaching out from her grave to grab Najib’s foot and drag him down to hell with her.

The entire BN machinery is in election mode and this development is a huge blow to Najib’s image. Today at a press conference in Penang, Najib brushed aside a journalist’s question of whether he’d testify in French courts. He can’t keep avoiding this issue. It’ll only make people more suspicious of his involvement in Scorpene scandal and Altantuya’s murder. I hope PR will take advantage of Scorpene resurrection and make it a big deal in their election campaigns.

Now I’d keeping my fingers crossed hoping that French courts will make it compulsory for Najib to testify. Ahmad Zahid has already said he will not be attending. No word yet from Najib. He’s still avoiding it for sure but not for long.

Edward has truly entered into terrible two phase. From what I can recall, he seems to be worst than his sister when she was at this age. Often people regard this phase as a nightmare and it’s so true. Edward is a very stubborn 2yo boy. He has started to persist in having his way in almost everything. When forced to do otherwise, his tantrums and crying really stresses me out. My husband is on the brink of going to anger management.

Clarisse is slowly becoming more well behaved and obedient. When alone, she is a joy to have around.

But when the two of them is together, all hell breaks loose. There is not a minute of peace and quiet around. We have to bear with the fighting, crying, shouting. One minute they can be playing and laughing, and within the same minute it ends with somebody crying. Or both. Rinse and repeat within the next few minutes.

Just this very evening, Edward grab hold of a cufflink box and hammered his sister’s head with it. It was very painful and Clarisse cried like crazy. I should be glad it was just a box, not something sharp or more dangerous.

My doctor prescribed a cough medicine which is supposedly safe for pregnant ladies but anything with cough suppressant active ingredient is best avoided. I’m taking an alternative cough medicine – Prospan which I’m told is perhaps the safest cough syrup to take during pregnancy. It uses the properties of dry ivy leaves to relieve cough.
