Eczema is a skin disorder with symptoms such as rashes, swelling, redness, dry crusting flaky skin and itchiness. My nephew suffered from eczema from the age of two. But has since controlled the symptoms of eczema after a year of trying out various eczema treatments. Eczema is an incurable skin disorder but with the right eczema treatments, the symptoms are manageable. Although dermatologists prescribe corticosteroids to relieve eczema symptoms, it is not advisable to rely on steroid-based medication in the long-term. One major side-effect of corticosteroids, in prolonged use, is increased risks of skin thinning and becoming fragile.

My complexion these days is terrible. Tired and lack of sleep is making my face look quite dreadful. To make things worst, I’ve got acne breakouts. Of all days, why must pimples pop up during Chinese New Year, a time where family and friends gather. I’m going on an all out acne spot treatment assault the past 2 days. Not that I’m expecting the acne to subside in merely a day or two. But at least, just to stop any pimples from breaking out.

Even been asked what is the best weight loss supplement? Well I have, plenty of times actually and I’m usually honest with my answer, which is – I don’t know coz my weight. The past few years, I’ve used quite a number of weight loss products. Followed numerous dieting routines and recommendation. And committed to varying intensity of aerobics and exercising. I didn’t keep tabs on my progress so I can’t say for sure which products helped, let alone how effective they are. But one thing is certain, without dieting and exercising, any product is useless. Moderation when it comes to food is a major key. As well as adopting a moderately active lifestyle.

Pre-employment screening is a common procedure along the process of employment. Before an employer approve of a potential candidate, a job seeker is usually required to undergo a pre-employment screening procedure, which checks a job seeker’s criminal history, academic records, former employers, former residences, credit status, driving history – among other things. In this day and age, we can be fairly certain pre-employment screening is a must for job seekers.

Anyone for a surefire quick weight loss tip? Apart from my usual dieting, exercising and diet supplements, household chores is a major contributor to weight loss. Never underestimate how much time and effort a house takes. Even more so when you have kids around to take care of. Although it has been a stressful few months since Baby Edward was born, I am delighted at my weight loss pace. My husband too have lost a lot of weight due to helping out with household chores. Old clothes in the wardrobe, one size too small previously, can be worn again.

Due to a stressful two weeks of house cleaning, I’ve also noticed my complexion is absolutely pathetic. My eyebags is especially noticeable due to lack of sleep. I’m definitely not looking forward to meeting friends and relatives with my distressed face, if I have a choice. There are many nights where I’m just too tired after a whole day’s work, I sleep without the usual skincare cleansing routine, moisturising and under eye cream. I definitely can’t be lazy and skip my skincare routine from now on.

With two kids to take care of, cleaning the house to usher in Chinese New Year is more stressful and time-consuming than I imagined. Even with the help of my husband, it took us a lot of time to spring clean our house. I woke up this morning with a bad shoulder and backache and had to resort to joint pain relief treatment to ease the pain. I hope to get some good rest tonight and wake up feeling refresh tomorrow morning.

Having gave birth to baby Edward for nearly 4 months now, I still have quite a lot of weight to lose. A lot of friends and family members commented I now look thinner than before. But I am not satisfied yet. I am going to do my best to lose an extra five to ten kilograms. My daily routine now involves a lot of household work. Which is good as it burns a lot of calories while doing something useful. I’m going to gather all diet aids and trim my diet menu. Spend more time on the treadmill in the morning, that is if baby Edward and Clarisse are still asleep. In my goal to lose at least five more kilograms this year.

My in-laws are planning a ski vacation to Switzerland by the end of this year. My sister-in-law too will be tagging along. They are wondering if they could bring Clarisse along by then. I really wouldn’t mind, in fact, I’d love for Clarisse to travel with them. But knowing her, she won’t go anywhere without mommy along. Perhaps her behaviour would change by year’s end. It’s very inconvenient for everyone now that Clarisse won’t let anyone take care of her other than mommy.
