Having gave birth to baby Edward for nearly 4 months now, I still have quite a lot of weight to lose. A lot of friends and family members commented I now look thinner than before. But I am not satisfied yet. I am going to do my best to lose an extra five to ten kilograms. My daily routine now involves a lot of household work. Which is good as it burns a lot of calories while doing something useful. I’m going to gather all diet aids and trim my diet menu. Spend more time on the treadmill in the morning, that is if baby Edward and Clarisse are still asleep. In my goal to lose at least five more kilograms this year.

My in-laws are planning a ski vacation to Switzerland by the end of this year. My sister-in-law too will be tagging along. They are wondering if they could bring Clarisse along by then. I really wouldn’t mind, in fact, I’d love for Clarisse to travel with them. But knowing her, she won’t go anywhere without mommy along. Perhaps her behaviour would change by year’s end. It’s very inconvenient for everyone now that Clarisse won’t let anyone take care of her other than mommy.

My nephew is about to turn 13 in a few months. My sisters and I are considering pooling some money to get him a Sony Playstation 3 (ps3) for his birthday. My mom though is suggesting we get Nintendo Wii instead. She argues the Wii would be suitable for the entire family and judging from the reviews, the Wii is indeed a family entertainment tool. We have not arrived at a decision between ps3 or Wii yet. Knowing him, I’m quite certain he’ll enjoy the games in ps3 more than Wii.

It’s time for my life insurance and health insurance annual premiums. These two policies, along with our home and car insurance, takes a huge chunk out of our yearly finances. We set aside money for these huge expenses at the start of the year. Next week our insurance agent will arrive and collect it. As much as we hate to pay, we have to face the fact that we can’t live without these protection.

My brother-in-law has got his transfer request approved. He is doing architecture and works with Hames Sharley in Perth. He applied to transfer to Sydney last year. We received his email about transfer approval this morning. I can imagine how happy he is. He has already packed all his stuff – portfolios, draughts, cad drawings, clothes and books – for courier. In the meantime, all his stuff will be sent to his uncle’s house in Sydney as he has yet to find an apartment to rent. He starts work in mid February.

I’ve seen and heard many great vanity products women use on their skin to make them look more beautiful. I’ve used many products over the years, at least the ones I can comfortably afford. But I’ve never heard of hgh spray, let alone used it. I was told about HGH, human growth hormone supplement over a chat with my friends yesterday. Apparently some people use it as a beauty product. To maintain healthy and vibrant skin. HGH is already present in our bodies. It is produced by our pituitary glands and HGH is responsible for human cell growth. But as we age, our pituitary glands produceses lesser HGH say compared to our teenage growth spurt years.

My mom-in-law has started spring cleaning in anticipation of Chinese New Year. I was surprised when we went to her house today. Boxes, books, old clothes and many more boxes of garbage were strewn across the driveway. She has decided to clean up the store room once and for all. Lots of unused stuff are thrown into the store room and many of them are never to be seen or used again. For instance, there is an entire box of skincare and acne products which has expired years ago. Books and papers dating back decades. Old clothes which can be categorised as retro left gathering dust. And tons of old cassette and VCR tapes and even vinyls. The recyclers are going to have a field day when their truck arrives tomorrow.

When I started blogging, one of the ways I’ve tried to increase traffic to my blog was directory submissions. I simply searched for any free directory websites I could find and submitted my blog. I didn’t bother how good the directory site was and how selective its approval process was. I just submitted my blog without thinking. On hindsight, if I were to start another blog/site or help someone out with their’s, I would advice them to narrow down to the best few directory sites. Ones that are fairly selective when it comes to accepting a blog to ensure a quality listing. And also some directories cater for niche content. If your blog/site is related to the niche content, those directories are a great choice because the traffic you’ll receive are targeted audience.

My husband sometimes wake up with a stiff neck. This is one of those dreadful mornings to start off the day for him. What frustrates me is he refuses to treat it. He says although it feels unpleasant, it is still bearable and doesn’t distrupt any non-strenous things he do. And despite trying out various joint pain relief treatments, he just has to live with it for a day or two until the stiff neck goes away. Well, I predict sooner or later, the pain will get to him and he will do something about his chronic stiff neck.
