Every now and then, Barisan Nasional government come up with something absurb to insult our intelligence. Teoh Beng Hock’s case has been on-going for nearly a year now with no end in sight. The government seems to be doing everything in its power to delay the case and clear MACC’s reputation. Pornthip, the famed Thai coroner has encountered numerous hurdles to testify in the case.

But nothing is as ridiculous as this. The AG has confirmed the existence of a suicide note allegedly written by Teoh Beng Hock himself! The suicide note was said to have been found in Teoh’s sling bag two months after his death.

What’s even more ridiculous is the officer claimed the suicide note was not found in the sling bag during a prior search. It was only found 2 months later. As if it appeared magically out of nowhere.

Teoh’s sling bag is not kept in a secret Swiss safe deposit box. It was with him during the incident of his death. Can such an important piece of belonging not thoroughly checked by the police? How hard is it to find a piece of paper in a sling bag? Much easier to spot than semen and DNA rite?

Why has such an important piece of evidence be kept from the case for so long? If it is indeed a valid piece of evidence, MACC can be cleared from the case in no time. Why wait for nearly a year before bringing it up in court?

I’m not buying this AG’s bullshit. This stinks of fabricated evidence!

Now that UMNO has brought this fabricated note into the game, I don’t see how the prosecutors can fight to disqualify it. After all, the courts of (in)justice is UMNO’s playground. Just look at how Anwar Ibrahim is unfairly denied access to evidence of charges thrown at him.

The prosecutors must challenge UMNO to have the suicide note analysed by an independent third party. My guess is UMNO wouldn’t be up for it. Similar to Anwar’s sodomy II case, all these fabricated evidences will be off limits.
