Looking back at some of my photos taken when I was in my twenties, I was reminded how bad my adult acne problem was. For about a year during my mid-twenties, my face suffers from ugly breakouts and pimples. I had no idea what triggered it. It was worst than the breakouts I had when I was a teenager. It was terrible and I remember being quite depressed about it. I spent a lot of money on adult acne treatments and dietary supplements. Also making a lot of changes to my diet and lifestyle. Luckily, the acne problem subsided and never came back. That was nearly ten years ago.

The two upper teeth didn’t cut through his gums simultaneously. We saw the left one came out first. Then after nearly a week the right one is visible.
Baby Edward is already putting his teeth to (not-so) good use. Just yesterday, he managed to use those beaver-like teeth scrape his baby biscuit thin enough to break it into chunks. He tried to swallow one large chunk of baby biscuit and nearly choked him. Luckily the chunk was too big for him to swallow so I managed to pull it out of his mouth with my finger. No more biscuits for him from now on, I’m afraid.

After our shopping spree, we headed out to town for lunch. Clarisse and daddy met up with us there. Our next stop is the pharmacy for vitamins and health supplements. Mom bought some moisturisers and wrinkle creams. While I spent nearly three hundred ringgit to replenish our family’s vitamins and health supplement needs. This was our last stop for the day as the kids were tired and getting really sleepy.

While trying on clothes for myself, I have to choose those which hides the tummy. Since giving birth to baby Edward, my tummy remained oversized. Despite much exercising, torturous house chores and dieting, I just can’t find a way in burning belly fat away. I shudder to imagine what my tummy would look like if we go for baby number three. Scary. Meanwhile I have got to exercise more and maintain a stricter diet. No giving up until I’m back to my pre-pregnancy shape and weight.

Ah! What a day! My mom and I just came back from a wholesale apparel warehouse sale. We were up early this morning and went to the sale right after breakfast. We took baby Edward along. Clarisse stayed home with dad. We bought a lot of baby and children cloths are really great discounted prices. Clarisse have outgrown pretty much most of her nice shirts and tops. So most of the cloths we bought today was for her. Baby Edward has got some growing up to do as most of the shirts and pants we bought for him are a size up his age.

Parent Action Group for Education Malaysia (PAGE) is a newly registered group consisting of parents who are sorely disappointed with Malaysian government’s move to abolish teaching Science and Mathematics in English. The call for re-establishing English to teach Science and Maths is their first objective.
PAGE is fighting a noble cause. As a parent of two toddlers, I am very worried about their future in education. I was overjoyed when the education ministry decided to use English for Maths and Science. But the joy was shortlived.
The ones that are celebrating now are those who argue English-illiterate students should not be left behind in these two core subjects. That the government did the considerate thing looking into the welfare of such students.
While I’m clearly on the other side of the fence, I admit they do have a point. It’s a struggle for kids who spoke solely in their native language throughout their upbringing into an alien language for teaching.
IMO, the best compromise is to use English for Science and Maths in secondary school. These two subjects is not English literature. If by Form 1, after six years of primary school, students are finding it tough to digest the subjects in simple English, then there is something alarmingly wrong in our education system of teaching English.
I fully support what PAGE fights for. I can easily get hundreds of like-minded friends and family members. We are so eager to see that our children gets better education, if today’s government deny us that, let the government itself be changed.
Let’s show PAGE the support it deserves!

Aging is an inevitable part of life. Our human body when young, produces ample amount of human growth hormones (hgh). This hormone is responsible for various health functions, human cell regeneration and growth. As our body ages, this hormone slowly decreases. This leads to deteriorating health but with the right hgh-rich product, we can slow it down. Some hgh benefits include increased energy, strength and stamina. Maintaining a healthy skin condition and less signs of aging. Better cardiac performance and bone density. And many more.

While in a rush this morning, I did not stop and check my receipt at Tesco today. I usually do that after paying for my stuff at the counters. I came home and realise one of the promotional item I bought has not been discounted at all. So later in the day, while on my way back from town, I stopped by Tesco to clear things out. The service staff checked the item and it is selling at a discounted price indeed. But why didn’t the discount register at the barcode scannerwhen I checked out this morning. Anyways, I was compensated for the price confusion.
