Finding out you lost weight is the best way to start the day
I weight myself this morning and knew my day is going to be splendid. I dropped 1.5kg in less than a month! These are times that make you damn good and worth the effort spent dieting, exercising and doing it consistently. I know how demoralising and disappointing it can be when the best diet aids and practises doesn’t seem to work. Sometimes we are not patient and want instant results. I’ve been in that situation many times whenever I try something new to lose weight. But as time go by, I learnt the best discipline is patience and persistence.
