Pre-employment screening

Pre-employment screening is a common procedure along the process of employment. Before an employer approve of a potential candidate, a job seeker is usually required to undergo a pre-employment screening procedure, which checks a job seeker’s criminal history, academic records, former employers, former residences, credit status, driving history – among other things. In this day and age, we can be fairly certain pre-employment screening is a must for job seekers.
