Curious as to how much outstanding debt we’re dealing with, we made an appointment with our car loan agent. Strangely, she told us to meet her not at the bank finance department, but at a cafe. Using her notebook, she was able to access all our credit information and insurance online. The nice lady took her time to give us a rundown of the procedures and how much we have to settle. All this over a nice cup of coffee in a relaxing environment. Much better than having to meet her in her office definitely.
