It’s been a year since I’ve installed Delta faucets for two of my bathrooms. I do realise a year is a very short time to write about reliability or durability. But I have had cheap faucets breaking down within a year or looked so worn out even if it still works. Delta faucets on the other hand, looked as new as the day it was installed. Work just as efficient as new. Is it worth the price? It’s still too early to tell. But so far so good.
I had an appointment with my OB this afternoon. After the consultation, I had a little chat with the nurse. She told me about bathing newborn baby with diluted Guinness Stout.

She even said the practise could prevent acne and pimples as the child grows older. I don’t know how true that is but she sounded very confident. It’s been months I’ve refrained from carrying Clarisse. She is getting heavier and my back was feeling the strain. But it has since improved a lot. Nevertheless, its my husband’s task whenever Clarisse needs carrying. I wouldn’t want to risk injuring my spine again.
Last night at around midnight, I was working on my notebook just outside Clarisse’s room. She slept around 9.30pm. She has a blocked nose due to cold for two days so she wasn’t sleeping soundly. As expected, she woke up crying at around 11pm. I went into her room to console her. She wanted to sleep in our bed so I carried her over to our bed without calling for my husband’s help.
Moments later, he came into the room and I told him nevermind, I didn’t want to disturb so I carried her by myself …
