Weight loss supplements at an all time low
I have been slowly reducing weight loss supplements. Instead, I’m exercising more regularly and vigorously. I’ve also started to swim again at a club nearby twice a week. Diet wise, I’m eating much smaller portion than I use to. Supplementing more fiber into my diet and cutting carbs. I don’t intend to entirely refrain from weight loss products. Just want to take as little as possible. So far my weight is creeping down but as long as I’m not gaining weight, I’m happy with that. After all, eating wisely and exercising is about healthy living.
