Keeping weight down to stay healthy
A friend whom I spoke to a couple of days ago wondered why I’m obsessed with losing weight right now considering the fact that I’m planning to have another baby ( or two, god willing ) soon. Why lose it now when in a short time I’d pile the kg’s back on again with another pregnancy. Being pregnant is one of the main reason why losing weight is important, I explained. It all has to do with keeping healthy and hopefully leads to a trouble-free and healthy pregnancy. Simple as that. Exercising, eating healthy and keeping the stress away keep high blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol in check. I might resort to using weight loss products but I limit the amount to the absolute minimum and choose natural herbal based ones.
