My car insurance agent disappoints me time and time again. Last week, my husband had a fender bender incident with a motorcycle hit his car from the back. The biker refused to compensate and wanted to it the hard way, lodging a police in a somewhat threatening way. Fine, my husband called up our car insurance agent and he assured him to go ahead as the accident it’s not his fault. The insurance company will compensate the damage without risking an NCB penalty. Three days later, when we met and pass him the required documents, he let the cat out of the bag saying the biker could file for personal injury compensation from my insurance company and that is where my NCB is going to get hit.

This is not the first time he’s being dishonest with us. The first time was relying on him to get us the best auto insurance possible. It hit us we were lied to when a checking via a simple online auto insurance quotes facility listed tons of cheaper alternatives we could have signed for.
