Travelling feels like a chore with a baby
My husband and I rarely travel anymore. In fact, my mom received some vouchers for a free 2-nights stay at First World Genting Hotel, 2 rooms and invited us to join them on the trip. Having just came back from KL last week, my husband’s reaction was “Not again?!” …
Well, I’d have to agree that travelling with a baby and her gear does feel like a chore more than anything else. Unless you have a domestic helper or maid helping you pack everything a baby needs and following your every move to lend a hand. Too bad, we don’t have that luxury.
We’ve been to Genting once with parents and baby Clarisse. The car boot is packed with luggage with nearly have the boot space is taken up by baby’s stuff. Needless to say, with half a tank of petrol in our car, the ascend was a struggle for our 1.5cc Toyota Vios.
I guess we won’t be joining our parents to Genting this time around. Not after our recent trip to KL just a week ago. I’ve to admit I do feel lazy and dread over the packing, carrying and unpacking.
