Hi. I am Sid. I have a healthy 6years old son.after first son I bore 3 more sons with metabolic disorder .complaints.0ut of 3 one died after 2months of his birth.next 2 before birth .my pregnancy is tough with constant migraine which type of medicine are safe for my fetus . suggest some vitamins and Migraine medicine.
